Amy has a passion for seeing people develop their gifts and reach their potential. Serving first as an educator both in the U.S. and overseas, Amy has continued to use her teaching gifts as a Sunday School teacher at her church for many years.

With nearly 20 years of experience in development, and since founding the Ministry Services department at BBS, she has trained and mentored many on the BBS team. Amy currently manages Creative and Ministry Services and serves on the leadership team.

Amy and her husband, Eric, live in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, with their two children.
